My file is ready for print, can I send the original file? File Folder 2

Yes! We prefer an original file. You receive the best print quality. It also allows any changes to be made efficiently.

If you supply an orignial file:

  • Collect all artwork
  • Collect all images
  • Collect all fonts

It is essential to have all the files used in the file. Some software, like QuarkXpress, has the capability to collect for output, which grabs all the correct files. Other software, like Adobe PageMaker and Microsoft Word, cannot collect for output. If you have any questions, please contact us!
