What is the resolution of my image? Resolution Sample

The suggested resolution or DPI (Dots Per Inch) for an image is 300 DPI. This allows an image to retain fine detail and provides the best printing results.

Scanned Images: Make sure the DPI setting is 300 DPI.
Digital Camera Images: Make sure the DPI setting is 300 DPI.
Website Images: These will not reproduce cleanly. Website images are only 72 DPI.

Design programs do not allow you to change the DPI. A photo editing program, like Adobe Photoshop, allows you to change the DPI. If you do not have access to software like this, we can check your images, for a nominal fee.
