Non-Profit Organization

Non-profit organization mail can only be used if you have a letter on file at the post office. Your organization cannot request money from the recipient. The post office delivers the mail within 7-10 business days. Rates vary depending on your mailing list quality.

• $0.108 to $0.159 for automation letters up to 3.3 ounces, per piece
• $0.160 to $0.463 for non-automation letters up to 3.3 ounces, per piece
• $0.118 to $0.420 for flats up to 3.3 ounces, per piece
• No postcard rates available

Permit Usage Regulations:

• Minimum 200 direct mail pieces
• Must have non-profit letter on file at post office
• Suggested to print "Or Current Resident" on a non-NCOA list, otherwise mail will not deliver to address if recipient moved
• Suggested to use a NCOA direct mail list not older than 180 days
