We suggest you include the following fields in your direct mailing list, plus any additional fields relevant to your project: 

• First & Last Name or Full Name
• Or Current Resident
• Address
• City
• State
• Zip Code

Please provide the field names and number of fields, along with the direct mailing list count. This information is helpful and guarantees that Jobs Printing & Mailing successfully opens your direct mailing list file.

It is important to include an "Or Current Resident" field in your direct mailing list if the list contains a first and last name. The Post Office will not deliver to the designated address if the addressee moved.
